On Criminal Phenomena in the Course of Modernization

我国目前正处在现代化的进程之中 ,与此同时 ,我国的犯罪数量也在不断上升 ,犯罪质量不断恶化。犯罪与现代化之间的关系究竟如何 ,是每一个犯罪研究者必须说明的任务。本文从理论和实证的角度对此问题作了初步的探讨。

China is in the course of modernization .Meanwhile,more criminal aits occur.Every criminologist in China has to face the question——What’s the relationship beween the phenomenon of criminal aits and modernization?In this thesis,the author tries to answer the question with theory and statistics.
