关于上海市收入分配问题的分析及其对策研究

收入分配改革是整个经济改革的重要组成部分 ,也是我国“十五”规划的重要内容。上海在这方面虽已取得一定成果 ,但存在的问题仍很突出。本文在分析这些问题之后 ,提出了一系列相应对策 ,特别就如何理顺分配关系 ,提出了思路。

The reform of income distribution is not only the main part of the reform of the overall economy,but also the vital component of our country's tenth five-year plan of the economic construction. In a certain sense,Shanghai has obtained some achievements in this field,but the existing problems remain outstanding. In the essay,after a thorough analysis of these problems,the author puts forward a series of related solutions.Especially,on how to make the allocation relationship clear,he poses some creative ways.
