入世将对我国餐饮市场产生巨大的影响 ,餐饮人才的培养对我国餐饮市场快速健康发展壮大具有重要意义 ,我国烹饪高等教育在餐饮人才培养方面占有重要地位。新时期中国烹饪高等教育必须面向市场、面向世界、面向未来 ,积极深入地改革创新。
China's access to WTO will make a profound effect on the catering market.It urges China to train more catering technicians. This article claims that China's higher education in cuisine must face markets,face the out side world and face the future.
