摘要 我国对高等职业教育的认识与研究起步较晚,但是技校、中专、成人高校由于自身特点,很早就不可避免地带有职业教育色彩。通过用解剖麻雀的方法概述了天津市由自发到自觉进行中职与高职衔接的三大阶段及其发展过程。从而对天津中职与高职衔接的二种主要形式从多方面进行了分析,提出了问题,建议和对策,并对发展这一衔接提出了政策性的有益思考。 It is rather late for our country to realize and investigate the higher professional education. But the technical schools, secondary professional schools and adult institutes, owing to their characteristics, have had vocational quality in their education for a long time. This article presents the process of the three stages of the link from secondary vocational education to the higher progessional education in Tianjin. It also analyses the two styles of the link, gives proposals and suggestions, and approaches the thought in applying a policy to develop this link.
