洛河电厂500kV联变烧坏事故分析

摘要 本文综合ODFPSZ-250000/500联变的结构、制造、安装验收、运行及事故后解体检查等方面的资料,根据试验和检查结果,分析了该变压器烧坏的主要原因是(?)性点电屏制造缺陷;对沈阳变压器厂按原结构修复的产品能否保证安全运行提出了异议。本文可供500kV大型电力变压器制造和运行部门参考。 A burning out failure of coil insulation in a 500kV mail transformer,manufactured by Shengyang Transformer Factory,is analysed in this paper. The inspection and testing results, in combination with the information of design, manufacture, installation, operation and disasembling inspection of the transformer after the failure, showed that the major cause of the fault is the manufacturing defects in neutral point electrc screen and the simple repair of transformer by the manufacturer,without improving the original design structure, will not guarantee the safety operation of the transformer.
