浅析中小学德育实效低下的原因及对策

On the Reasons and Countermeasures of Inefficient Moral Education of Primary and Middle School

中小学教育实效低下原因有二：应试教育忽视了人格培养，扼杀了学生的创新精神和实践能力；学校德育教育内容滞后于时代发展。其对策应是更新教育观念，提高教师自身素质，深入研究学生，找准德育工作切入点。

There are two reasons for the inefficient education of p rimary and middle school.Firstly,the education which stresses the examination ne glects the cultivation of moral quality,and strangles students' creativeness and practicalness;Secondly,the teaching content of moral education is outdated.The countermeasures are how to change the idea of education,how to enhance the quali ty of the teachers,and how to find out the best ways of moral education on the b asis of careful study of students.
