康宁克通鼻腔局部注射配合微波治疗常年性变应性鼻炎105例临床观察

Observing the effect of microwace and local injecting of KNKT on 105 cases perennial allergic rhinitis

目的 :探讨治疗常年性变应性鼻炎有效。方法 :康宁克通注射下鼻甲及鼻丘粘膜 ,并用微波治疗鼻丘及下鼻甲 ,随访一年 ,部份病人重复治疗一次。结果 :近期显效 88例 ( 83.8% ) ,有效 14例( 13.3% ) ,无效 3例 ( 2 .9% )。结论 :康宁克通鼻腔局部注射配合微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著 ,操作简单、安全 ,是治疗常年性变应性鼻炎较好方法。

Objective:[ST5BZ]To find out an effective method to perennnial anergic rhiniti.Method:Injecting KNKT(kangning ketong)into lower concha and agger masimucosa,in the mean while,using microwave,And then followed a year Result:The marked effective rate is 83 8%(88cases)improved rate is 13 3%(14cases),none effective rate is 29%(cases). Conclusion:Its the best way to trea tallergic rhinitis with KNKT and microwave.
