介入治疗与单次肌肉注射MTX治疗输卵管妊娠疗效观察

Observation on curative effect in tubal pregnancy with interventional therapy combinated with MTX intramuscular singly

目的 :探讨解决介入治疗输卵管妊娠时 ,MTX浓度下降过快带来的效果降低的方法。方法 :采用 MTX介入治疗加单次肌肉注射 MTX。结果 :10例中 9例成功。结论 :经济、简便、效果良好 ,无明显毒副作用。

Objective:To explore the solution of effect reduction in tubal pregnancy interventional therapy,Which by the fast descent of MTX concentration.Methods:We used interventional therapy combinated with MTX intramuscular singly.Results:[ST5BZ]There were nine successful cases among ten tubal pregnancy patients.Conclusion:[ST5BZ]The therapy is economical,simple and convenient.It had good effects and no obvious side effects.
