摘要 目的 :探讨数字化成像快速胃肠造影的临床应用价值。方法 :采用 SIEMENSPolystar10 0 0 MA多功能数字成像 X线机与柯达 112 0激光照像机连接 ,随机对 140例患者进行快速胃肠道造影检查 ,并观察其应用效果。结果 :140例患者检查阳性率占 56%。本组病例所见食管、胃、小肠及右半结肠的轮廓、粘膜、分布及功能改变均清楚显示 ,检查时间比常规方法缩短 6~ 8倍。结论 :数字化成像快速胃肠造影具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the role of digital imaging on rapid x-ray examination of gastrointestinal tract.Methods:With SIEMENS POLYSTAR 1000MA many function digital imaging X-ray equipment,through connecting KODAK 1120 laser camra.140 cases were received rapid gastrointestinal tract examination,The author observed The effect of the role.Results:the 140 cases the positive rate was 56%.In all cases,out line、mucosal、distribute and dynamic function of esophagus and gastrointestinal tract were clearly demonstrated.It took that time of examination was shorten 6~8 times than routine method.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:Digital imaging on rapid X-ray examination of gastrointestinal tract may be useful in the clinical application.
