摘要
天疱疮是一种主要以抗体介导的器官特异性自身免疫性疾病。其病因与发病机理尚未完全清楚。B细胞多需T细胞的辅助才能产生自身抗体 ,而T细胞的激活又受主要组织相容性复合体的限制。现就目前的研究结果从抗原、抗体、组织相容性抗原与基因、T淋巴细胞作用等方面综述天疱疮发病机理研究的某些进展。
