The Application of Fasciocutaneous Island Flaps Based on the Cutaneous Branches of the Posterior Tibial Vessels

胫后血管有多个皮支,但最常出现的皮支分别位于内踝上9～12cm、17～19cm和22～24cm。利用这三个皮支可以在小腿前内侧分别形成三个皮瓣,用来修复小腿中下段及足跟皮肤缺损。此种方法具有操作简单、不损伤主干血管、旋转弧度大、切取容易等优点,基本可满足小腿中下段及足跟修复的需要。

The posterior tibial vessels have multiple cutaneous branches,but these vessels were most frequently found:be-tween 9 and 12cm, 17 and 19cm and 22 and 24cm from the tip of the medial malleolus. Three anteromedial fasciocuta-neous leg island flaps are formed sepairetly based on the cu-taneous branches. They can be used to repair defects of the lower two-thirds of the leg and heel. The advantages are the following t the blood supply is reliable ,elevation is easy er two -thirds of the leg and heel,and quick, and major arteries are not sacrificed.
