彩超诊断阴囊疾病(附55例分析)

Diagnosis and analysis 55 cases scrotum disease with color doppler ultrasound

目的 对应用CDU检查的 5 5例有完整资料的阴囊疾病进行回顾性分析。方法 患者取仰卧位 ,将探头直接置于阴囊上扫查。结果 5 5例检出睾丸损伤 8例 ,睾丸肿瘤 6例 ,附睾、睾丸结核 5例 ,睾丸、附睾炎 2 5例 ,附睾囊肿 11例。结论 CDU既能显示阴囊的形态改变 ,又能反映血流动力学的变化 ,成为阴囊无创、敏感的诊断工具。

Objectives To recall and analyssis 55 cases scrotum patients detected by color doppler ultrasound(CDU). Methods Keep patients supine,Scaning directly on the scrotum with explorer.Results Among 55 cases patients,having checked up 8 cases testicular injuries,testicular tumor 6 cases,epididymis and testicular tuberculsis 5 cases,testicular and epididymis inflammation 25 cases,epididymis cyst 11 cases.Conclusions CDU can show the configuration change of scrotum structure and the blood dynamic change.It has became a non-lesion and sensitive diagnostic tool.
