先天性十二指肠膜状闭锁32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of congenital membrane atresia of duodenum(A report of 32 cases)

目的 :探讨先天性十二指肠膜状闭锁的诊断方法和治疗效果。方法 :单纯隔膜切除 2 4例 ,隔膜切除加结肠后胃空肠吻合 2例 ,隔膜切除加Ladd手术 6例。结果 :痊愈 2 8例 ,死亡 4例。随访 2 0例 ,最长 3年、最短 5个月症状消失 ,营养发育良好。结论 :腹部立位片有“双泡征”和经胃肠道造影检查可帮助确诊 ;

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of congenital membrane atresia of duodenum.Methods:Twenty four patients were performed membrane resection,2 underwent membrane resection and gastrojejunostomy from posterior colon and 6 received membrane resection and Ladd's operation.Results:Twenty eight cases were cured and 4 died.Twenty cases were followed up from five months to three years.Their symptoms disappeared,and they all came on well.Conclusions:The presence of double bubble sign in abdominal evect plain film and gastrointestinal series can help the diagnosis.Membrane resection is the best therapy for congenital membrane atresia of duodenum.
