脐带动脉管的制备及其在机械引流术中的应用

The preparation of umbilical artery tube and its usage in the mechanical drainage operation

为了开发新的房水引流物 ,本文采用 0 .5 %戊二醛溶液处理新生儿脐带动脉 ,制备成内径 1.0 mm外径 1.5～ 2 .0 mm的脐带动脉管 ,用于治疗难治性青光眼。机械引流术采取两种术式 :1.脐带动脉管前房植入术 ;2 .脐带动脉管玻璃体腔植入联合玻璃体切除术。临床应用结果满意。文中重点介绍了脐带动脉管的制备方法、过程和手术方法、步骤 。

To develop a new drainage device, the infant umbilical artery was treated with 0.5% glutaraldehyde solution and was formed to a small tube in inner diameter 1.0mm, outer diameter 1.5-2.0mm. Then the tubes were used in. the treatment of refractory glaucoma. Two kinds of the drainage operation were adopted: 1. anterior chamber implantation, 2. vitreous cavity implantation combined with vitrectomy. The clinical results were satisfactory. The function of the umbilical artery in the operation was discussed.
