摘要
为解决现行牵引弊端。研制成了骨伤牵引器。该牵引器只需一手转动手摇柄即可达200kg拉力,并能根据手法需要配合升降和展收,同时可依据手术台(床)高矮而升降相依。经临床208例不同部位骨折的运用,有效率为95.19％,也未出现任何不安全因素及并发症,不失为一种安全、有效而值得推广的医疗器械。
The new tractor has been developed in order to remove the abuses of the present one. Only a turing handle can make 200kg pulling force. It is freely to rise and fall, open up and take back according to the needs and the height of operating —tables. It has been clinically applied to 208 cases on different places. The effective rate is 95. 19% without any dangerous factors and complications. The new tractor is safe and effective and worth spreading.
