摘要
股骨颈骨折是中老年人的多发病,近年在临床中采用三针固定的方法,取得较好的治疗效果。本文采用先进的光弹性实验和电阻应变仪方法分别研究股骨<包括股骨头,股骨颈,股骨干>的应力分布规律并应用鱼鳞钉进行四种类型三针固定法<等腰,等边,倒三角,扇形>在中立位,内收位,外展位的电测法实验研究,研究成果显示股骨颈和各根针的力学性质及固定效果。
Femoral neck fracture is a common disease in adult and old people. Recently, in clinic, using Three—Needles fixation method, we get better treatment effect. We used advanced photoelastic method and strain gauge measurement method respectively to study stress distribution regulation in femur (including femoral head, neck ,shaft) and use scale nails to undertake four kinds (equilateral triangle, isosceles triangle, updown triangle, fan shape) and natrual position, abduction position, adduction position Three—Needles fixation electronic measurement experimental studies. The research results show the mechanical properties and fixation effect of the femoral neck and end each needle.
