丹参对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用(动物实验) 被引量:1

Protective Effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury of Limb Experimental Study

摘要 用兔造成肢体缺血再灌注损伤动物模型,用丹参液予以治疗。结果表明用药后血MDA、CPK、GOT值较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),电镜下骨骼肌细胞损害也轻于对照组。说明丹参可抑制氧自由基产生并减轻骨骼肌细胞损害,对肢体缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。 Animal model of ischemia and reperfusioninjury of limb was made in rabbits . Radix salviae miltiorrhizae was used to cure such the injury. The results showed that the level of MDA, CPK, GOT in serum in experimental group is lower than in control group (p<0.05) and that the lesion of muscular cell under electron microscope is slighter. This means that radix salviae miltiorrhizae can inhibit the production of oxygen free radical and reduce the lesion of muscular cell. The herb has protective effect on ischemia and reperfusion injury of limb.
