二次整复在治疗新鲜闭合性肱骨髁上骨折中的应用

The Application of the Two--times Restitution to the Treatment of Fresh Occlusive supracondylar of Humerus

本文报告了应用二次整复方法治疗新鲜闭合性肱骨髁上骨折55例,其疗效以1975年全国骨科会议疗效评定标准草案为标准,经疗效观察优76.5％,良15.5％,可5.9％,差2％。本文对二次整复肱骨髁上骨折进行了讨论并与其它闭合整复方法进行了比较,认为二次整复具有效果好,并发症少的优点,对其它骨折也可广泛推广应用。

This paper reports 55 cases of the treatment of fresh occlusive supracondylar fracture of humerus by utilizing the two—times restitution. The therapeutic effective standard of fracture(draft) of national conference of orthopedics in 1975 was used as standards of therapeutic evalution, the clinical observation saw a 76. 5% excellent effect,a 15.5% good effect, a 3.9% fair effect and a 2% bad effect. We have discussed the two—times restitution to the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus and compared with other treatments of occlusive restitution, and we think that the two—times restitution have good effect, few comp lication which can be applied to other problems of fracture.
