补肾健骨汤对自体骨膜移植修复软骨缺损的影响

Effect of Bu Shen Jian Gu Tang on the Repair of Articular Cartilage Defect with Free Autogenous Periosteal Grafts in Rabbits

本实验选用兔24只,于双膝关节股骨髁造成6×8mm^2的全层关节软骨缺损,并取自体胫骨骨膜覆盖于缺损处,使骨膜的生发层面向关节腔。术后将模兔随机分为二组。中药组给服补肾健骨汤,对照组任其自然修复。分别于术后第4、8、12周取材,对两组关节软骨缺损区新生的组织进行对照观察。结果显示,补肾健骨汤可明显促进移植关节软骨缺损区的自体骨膜再生软骨组织的过程,使软骨缺损尽早修复。

24 rabbits were used in this study. A full—thickness defect of size 6×8mm^2 was created in the femoral articular cartilage on both sides and the periosteal graft taken from the tibia was transplanted to defect with the cambium layer facing up into the articular cavity. The models were divided randomly into two groups after the operation. The chinese medicinal group was given Bu Shen Jian Gu Tang and control group was healing in the course of nature. Postoperatively, the animals were sacrificed at intervals 4.8.12 weeks and the newly formed tissue in the articular catilage defect was investigated. The results showed that Bu She Jian Gu Tang might obviously accelerate the processes of periosteal graft transplanted to the defect of articular cartilage regenerating the cartilage for the repair of the damaged joint.
