IMMULITE全自动化学发光免疫分析的临床应用评价

The clinical value of IMMULITE automated immunoassay chemiluminescent immunosassay system

目的 :评价 IMMUL ITE全自动化学发光免疫分析的临床应用价值。方法 :对 10 3例甲亢患者、5 8例甲低患者及 30例正常对照组检测 FT3、FT4、TSH水平 ,对同一样品重复测定 FT3、FT4、TSH水平 ,并对 FT3、FT4、TSH作回收实验。结果 :甲亢诊断符合率为 98.5 % ,甲低诊断符合率为 98.2 7% ,经统计学检验无显著性差异。同一样品重复测定 FT3、FT4、TSH水平 CV值分别为 5 .2 %、6 .2 %、2 .2 %。FT3、FT4、TSH平均回收率分别为 99.0 2 %、10 1.4%、98.85 %。结论 :IMMU L ITE自动化学发光免疫分析对甲亢、甲低均可灵敏地检出 ,且精密度及准确度高。

Objective:To study the clinical value of IMMULITE automatic chemiluminescent immunoassay system. Methods:serum FT 3、FT 4、TSH levels were measurement in 103 patients with hyperthyroidism 58 patients with hypothyroidism and 30 normal human.Repeat measurement serum FT 3、FT 4、TSH levels 10 times for one normal human serum sample.Results:Recovery correspond tate is 98.5 %,hypothyroidism correspond rate is 98.27 %,FT 3、FT 4、TSH repeat test CV % is 5.2 %、6.2 %、2.2 %.FT 3、FT 4、TSH mean Recovery ratio is 99.02 %、101.4 %、98.85 %.Conclusion:IMMULITE automated chemilumisescent immunoassay systemis sensitivity in differentiate hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism with high sensitivity and precision.
