细胞粘附分子在胆囊癌中表达的意义

Expression and Significance of Cell Adhesion Molecules in Gallbladder Carcinoma

研究胆囊癌组织中细胞粘附分子CEA和CD44v6蛋白表达的意义。用免疫组化法检测 44例胆囊癌组织中CEA和CD44v6蛋白的表达。 44例胆囊组织中CEA和CD44v6蛋白表达的阳性率分别为 75 %和 48% ;两者的表达与肿瘤浸润外膜和淋巴结转移均呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;胆囊癌组织中CEA和CD44v6蛋白呈协同表达 (P<0 0 5 )。CEA和CD44v6蛋白与胆囊癌的发展和淋巴结转移密切相关。

To study the expression and significance of cell adhesion molecules in gallbladder carcinoma 44 cases of gallbladder carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of CEA and CD44v6 proteins.The positive rates of CEA and CD44v6 proteins were 75% and 48% in gallbladder carcinoma respectively.There is close relationship between CEA,CD44v6 and lymphatic metastasis and clinical stage.There is close relationship between those two proteins.suggested that CEA and CD44v6 expression may play a role in promotion and lymphatic metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma.
