α-干扰素和心肝宝治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Treatment Effect of α-Interferon and xinganbao in Chronic Hepatitis B

为了探讨α -干扰素 +心肝宝治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。材料和方法 ,对 1994年 2月～ 1998年 6月我院收治和门诊患者 5 4例 ,随机分成两组。治疗组 2 4例 ,男 18例 ,女 6例 ,平均年龄 37 7岁 ;对照组 30例 ,男 2 2例 ,女 8例 ,平均年龄 31 6岁。各组均检测肝功能 +乙肝系列 ,治疗组用较小剂量的α 2b干扰素 10 0万u ,肌注 ,每日一次 ,同时服心肝宝 6粒 ,一日三次 ,均连用 3个月。对照组用华蟾素每次 4ml,肌注 ,每日一次 ,连用 3个月。结果治疗组抗 -HBcIgM转阴占 5 0 % ,HBeAg转阴占 72 2 % (13/ 18) ,pre s2 转阴占 6 0 % (12 / 2 0 ) ,对照组相应指标为6 0 % ,6 0 % ,47 82 % ,经统计学处理仅HBeAgP <0 0 5。结论 :中小剂量α 2b干扰素 +心肝宝HBeAg转阴率优与对照组。

To study the treatment effect of α-interferon and xinganbao in chronic hepatitis B.54 cases suffering from chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.There were 24 cases in treatment group(man 18 cases,woman 6 cases,average age 37.7 year),and 30 cases in control group(man 22 cases,woman 8 cases,average age 35.6 year).The cases in the treatment group were given small dosage of α-2b interferon(100MU,im,qd)and xinganbao(6 capsules,po,tid).The control was treated with Huachansu(4ml im,gd)for 3 months.The entire course was 3 months.The liver function and HBV-M before and after the treatment were detected result In the treatment,the negative transfer rate in anti-HBcIgM,HBeAg,and Pre-S 2 were 50%,72.2%and60%,respectively.In the control,they were 60%,60%,and47.8%,respectively.And only the negative transfer rate of HBeAg is high significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The negative transfer rate of HBeAg in the treatment was higher them it in the control.It supports Ha zhong-ying S report in which the negative transfer rate of HBeAg with large dosage α-interferon was 65.9%and zhang xiao-rong S report in which its rate was 66.6%.
