摘要
艾滋病自从一九八一年六月美国ＣＤＣ首次报道以来，至今已成为全球关注的公共卫生和社会热点问题。本文介绍了艾滋病病原学、流行病学及传播机制，重点介绍了引起艾滋病的人类免疫缺陷病毒（ＨＩＶ）的检测方法，目前国内外都主要通过对ＨＩＶ１型和２型抗体的检测，来进行艾滋病的诊断。本文总结了国内外对艾滋病进行检测、诊断的各种方法。
AIDS is a topic concerning public health and has become a social issue now since it was first reported in CDC ofAmerica in June, 198 1. This paper discusses epidemiology and pathogenesis of AIDS, and introduces methods detecting HIV virus that causes AIDS. Currently, detection of HIV virus type 1 and type 2 antibodies is the basic method used for AIDS diagnosis in the world. This paper summarizes various methods of detection and diagnosis of AIDS.
