By means of physical and chemical induction, with Bacillus JSIM-1019 as starting strain, three mutative strains of auxotroph xanthine MG 16,H 12,AD 6 were obtained. After single colony isolation, those three mutative strains of auxotroph xanthine were cultivated for 72 hours at 36℃. In medium the maximum accumulation of adenosine was 10?g/?L, the average accumulation was 7~8?g/?L.
