The Technique of a New Type of Line Polishing Machine for Drawing Die

在消化吸收引进国外技术的基础上,研制了拉丝模高速线抛光机。利用线抛光工艺代替传统的针磨工艺对拉丝模进行修整,可以大幅度地提高设备的可靠性、修整质量和生产率,且延长模具使用寿命。本文介绍了线抛光工艺及线抛光机的结构原理。

On the basis of importing foreign new technology and equip-ment,high-speed line polishing machine for drawing die had been developed byour college and a factory. This line polishing technique can replace the old-fashioned pin-abrasion technique for dressing the drowing die. The reliabilityof the equipment, its dressing quality and productivity can be greatly raisedand the life of the die can be prolonged. In this paper,the line polishing tech-nique and the structure of the line polishing machine are briefly described.
