摘要
本文对ZnAl 27合金及加入稀土后合金的室温及高温机械性能、超塑拉伸性能及抗蚀性能进行了系列实验,微量稀土加入能使合金的所有性能得到改善。文中还初步分析了加入稀土RE后的不同状态的金相显微组织,并探讨了RE对合金的作用机理。
Experiments have been carried out in relation to the mechanicalproperties,with RE added and at the room and high temperature,the super-plastic tension and corrosion-resisting properties of the ZnAl 27 alloy. All theproperties of the alloy have been improved when trace RE is put in. The mi-crostructure in some states with RE addition and the acting mechanism of thealloy are analysed and studied in our paper.
