摘要
本文根据理论分析和实验验证提出,在应用超塑成形方法制造锌铝合金塑料模具型腔时,影响型腔尺寸精度的主要因素是压制后工艺凸模从型腔中脱出时的温度,并在此基础上提出压制高精度圆柱形型腔所用工艺凸模设计的图解法。
According to theoretical analysis and experimental verificationthis article presents that the leading factor that influences the precision of thecavity shape in applying the superplastic forming technique to making the cav-ity of Zn-Al plastic die is the temperature at the time when the pressed maledie is demoulded out of the die cavity. And on this basis the graphical methodis presented for applying the design of the process male die to pressing high-precision circular cavity.
