摘要 目的 探讨 β射线放射损伤后MDA和SOD的改变情况。 方法 采用直线加速器照射制作动物 β射线损伤模型 ,同时对NIH 3T3细胞进行β射线外照射 ,观察MDA、SOD含量的改变。结果 β射线损伤后 ,MDA在一定剂量范围内上升 ;SOD则在一定剂量范围内下降。结论 β射线损伤后能产生自由基 ,但其作用效应主要在全身 ,自由基在受照局部皮肤组织中改变不大。 Objective To investigate the changes of MDA and SOD after β radiation. Methods The animal model of β radiation injury was established by β radiation produced by the linear accelerator; and irradiated NIH 3T3 cells were studied. In the experiment the contents of MDA and SOD were measured. Results After exposure to β radiation, the content of MDA increased in a certain range of dose, while the contents of SOD decreased in another certain dose range. Conclusion After β radiation injury, free radicals can be produced, but their effects only are found on the level of the whole body. However, free radicals have little effect on the changes of irradiated skin.
