摘要 本文采用薄层层析法分离辣椒色素。以硅胶GF_(254)为固定相,以苯和石油醚作一次展开剂,再分别以正己烷、苯、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、水配成不同组成和比例的二次展开剂,对辣椒色素进行分段展开,可分离出16~18个有色斑点,斑点颜色为黄色或红色。对部分斑点作了紫外可见光谱,由最大吸收峰和极性判断斑点成份。 In this paper,the thin-layer chromatographic separation ofpaprika pigment is reported. Fixed phase is make up of silica GF_(254), ben-zene and petroleum ether are used as the first time spreading agent. Then,section spreading is carried out, using mixtures of hexane, benzene, ethylacetate, 2 -propanol and water as the second time spreading agent in dif-ferent constitution and radio. The chromatograph of paprika pigmentshoww sixteen to eighteen coloured spots. The colour of the spots is red oryellow. Some spots are separated and their ultraviolet spectrograph is tak-en. The consititution of the spots is judged from wavelength and polaritly.
