摘要
本文确定了从柠檬酸厂废黑曲霉菌丝体中制备壳聚糖的工艺条件,得干燥壳聚糖产品的脱乙酰度为96.82%,1%壳聚糖的1%醋酸溶液的运动粘度为5.41×10-4m2/s,粘均分子量为7.89×104,灰分为3.75%,得率为3.35%。
The best technological conditions of abstracting chitosan from the waste Aspergillus niger mycilium ofcitric acid production plant was determined inthis paper. The degrees of deacetylation in such chitosanproduct was 96. 82 %, viscosity 5. 41 % ×10 -4 m2/s, viscosity - average molecular weight 7. 89×104, ash3. 75 %, plxiduct rate 3. 35 %.
