摘要
将闽粤栲种子和幼苗置于不同pH值的模拟酸雨条件下进行观测和分析.结果表明,pH2.0的模拟酸雨严重抑制了种子的萌发,伤害了幼苗的叶片,降低了叶绿素的含量,增加了细胞的透性,使叶汁液酸化,从而阻碍了幼苗的生长.pH3.5的模拟酸雨尽管对幼苗产生一定的负面作用,但却增加了幼苗的生物量.pH5.0和pH6.
Observation and analysis were made on seeds and seedlings of Castanopsis fissa which were subjected to a simulated acid rain adjusted to different pH levels The pH2 0 acid treatment was found to inhibit seed germination, and seedling growth by damaging foliage, decreasing chlorophyll contents, increasing leaf cell permeability, and acidifying leaf sap Whereas pH3 5 treatment increased the biomass in spite of some negative effects on seedling growth.No significant treatment effects were observed at pH values of 5 0 and 6 0
