榆林地区水资源现状及开发利用对策探讨

分析了榆林地区水资源现状、潜力、发展趋势，探讨了开发途径和对策，提出水资源利用必须坚持保护与开发相结合，农田灌溉要以节水灌溉为重点，把水资源的监察作为对水资源的保护和开发利用的重要内容，使水资源得到科学地保护与持续高效利用。

The utilization situation,potentiality,improvement trend, exploitation way and countermeasures of water resources in yulin were studied in a systematicway, which made the requirements of arid farmlands to water progressively change from passively adapting it to initiatively controling it. The results indicate that combining protection with exploition and emphasizing water saving irrigation mustbe persist in and we water resources controling mustbe taken as an important measure in protecting,exploting and utilizing them,which make water resources be protected scientifically, exploited and utilized in a sustained and high efficient way.
