摘要
害虫管理与以往提出的“害虫防治”概念的区别在于前者充实了系统理论的内容，并扩大了研究范围，把害虫防治看成资源管理的一部分．根据系统工程学原理，害虫管理系统工程包括标的系统、管理系统和环境系统等内容．
Pest management is different from traditional pest control in guiding ideology,research range and viewpoint on the pest.Based on principle of system engineering,the contentof the pest management system engineering includes objective system,management system andenvironmental svstem etc.
