摘要
采用相转换法制备了聚(磺酰基-1,4-亚苯基亚氨基对苯二酰基亚氨基-1,4-亚本基)[聚砜酰胺(PSA)]超滤膜,膜的透水速度为118 mL/cm^2·h,在98.07 kPa压力下,对牛血清蛋白(68 000)的截留率达90.6%。PSA膜的分离性能显著地依赖于铸膜液的组成、溶剂体系、添加剂、溶剂蒸发时间、沉淀剂体系及沉淀温度。结果还表明PSA是一种具有耐热、抗氧化和化学稳定性的合成膜材料。
Poly(sulfonyl-1,4-phenyleneiminoterephthaloylimino-1,4-phenylene) [i. e. Polysulfone Amide abb PSA] ultrafiltration membranes with a water flux of 118.0 mL/cm^2 h and a 90,6% rejection (98.07 kPa)for PSA were prepared by phase inversion processes. The experimental results show that the transport properties of the membranes strongly depend on the composition of casting solution, solvent, additives, precipitant system, evaporation time and precipitation temperature. In addition, the results also show that PSA ultrafiltration membrane is one with good thermal, oxidative and chemical stability.
