摘要
建立了一套用文题方法测定中压汽液平衡的装置、测压范围为0~7MPa。采用了液体物料集中脱气、液相转移物料、连续进料、以数字式精密压力计测量溶液总蒸汽压的实验方法,每次实验可完成二分之一全浓度范围的测定工作。使用此装置测定了甲醇、丙酮、正戊烷、二氟二氯甲烷(Freon 12)四种纯组分在常沸点以上的蒸汽压以及甲醇-丙酮、二氟二氯甲烷-正戊烷、二氟二氯甲烷-丙酮三对二元系的汽液平衡,获得了温度T、压力P以及系统总组成Z的数据。并进一步用物料衡算与RK状态方程相结合的方法求得了完整的T、p、x、y汽液平衡数据。
An apparatus for moderate pressure (0~7 MPa) vapor-liquid equilibria measurements using static total vapor pressure method was established. The degassed liquid materials can be fed continuously. Therefore, half data of a phase diagram can be determined in a single round of experiment. Equilibrium vapor pressures of three binary systems, methanolacetone, freon 12-n-pentane and freon 12-acetone were measured. With the use of material blance and RK equation of state the complete T, P, x and y data of these binaries were obtained.
