叙述了由γ,δ-不饱和β-酮酯与羟基酸衍生的酰氯,经酰化生成了6-酰氧基取代的5-乙酯基-2,3-二氢-4H-4-吡喃酮的衍生物,其中有些化合物可以转变为7-烷基或羟基取代的2,3-二氢-4,5-二氧(7H)呋喃并[3,4-b]吡喃衍生物。
The synthesis of 5-ethoxycarbonyl-2,3-dihydro-4H-pyran-4-ones derivatives, bearing an acyloxy substituent at the 6 position by acylation of γ,δ-unsaturated β-keto ester and and hydroxy-acid chloride derivatives were described. Some compounds were converted to 2,3-dihydro-4,5-dioxy(7H) furano [4,3-b] pyran derivatives, bearing an alkyl or hydro substituent at the 7 position.
