摘要
以脂肪酸为原料,采用适当的路线合成了23种文题化合物。红外光谱及元素分析数据证实了这些化合物结构的正确性。测定了文题化合物的克拉夫特点、钙皂分散力、发泡力以及去污力等表面活性,研究了它们的结构与表面活性之间的关系。结果发现文题化合物具有很好的钙皂分散性能和泡沫性能,是一种性能优良的钙皂分散剂和发泡剂。
23 sulfated alkanolamides with high purity were synthesized by the sodium catalyzed reaction of methyl esters of fatty acids with alkylolamines, the sulfation of the alkanolamides with chlorosulfonic acid and the neutralization of the sulfated products with alkali such as sodium hydroxide, ethanolamine etc. The surface active properties of the sulfated alkanolamides were determined thoroughly and the relationship between chemical structures and properties were investigated. The study showed that most of the sulfated alkanolamides have good foam height and lime soap dispersing power.
