摘要
用牛源肝片吸虫 (南京 )、牛源大片吸虫 (广西 )和羊源肝片吸虫 (实验感染 )制备可溶性虫体抗原 (BA)和分泌排泄抗原 (ES) ,以 SDS- PAGE电泳分析比较 ,结果显示 ,3株虫体可溶性虫体抗原至少有 2 0条以上的主要蛋白条带 ,分子量集中于 10~ 90 KD之间 ,它们之间无显著差异。而 3株分泌排泄抗原蛋白成分较简单 ,明显可分的条带不超过 5条 ,分子量集中于 10~ 30 KD之间 ,且均拥有 2 6~ 2 8KD的蛋白成分 ,提示该蛋白应为片形吸虫 ES抗原的主要免疫成分。
Two types of antigen (BA,ES) from adult Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica was analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE). It indicated that there were at least 20 proteins bands of Mr in BA, ranging from 10~90KD, whereas less 5 bands in ES of Fasciola, ranging from 10~30KD. It also showed that ES antigens from F.hepatica and F.gigantica have a common protein band of Mr 26~28KD.
