摘要 用吸附混凝 -两段 SBR法处理味精废水 .吸附混凝试验先加入吸附剂 (硅藻土或膨润土 )吸附处理后投加聚丙烯酸钠 (PAS)作为絮凝剂进行混凝处理 ,在温度 4 0℃、p H3.0、吸附剂投加量为 1.6 g/ L、PAS投加量为 80~ 10 0 mg/ kg的条件下能取得较佳的效果 ,CODcr去除率在 55%~ 6 5% ,SS去除率在85%~ 94 %之间 .稳定运行的结果表明 ,两段 SBR法 CODcr去除率为 94 %~ 96 % ,NH4 +- N去除率为82 %~ 93% . A pilot study on Monosodium Glutamate (MG) wastewater treatment was conducted using adsorption and flocculation followed by two stage Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR). In pretreatment of MG wastewater, best removal efficiency was reached by adding bentonite (1.6 g/L) as adsorbent and sodium polyacrylate (100 mg/kg) as coagulant. the removal rates were 55% 65% for CODcr and 85% 94% for SS under the condition of 40 ℃,pH 3.0. The removal efficiency of CODcr and SS were 94% 96% and 82% 93% respectively by using two stage SBR in steady stage.
