从转基因水稻中提取Bt毒蛋白的方法与效率

Studies on the method and its efficiency of extracting Bt toxic protein from Bt transgenic rice

用正交试验法比较了几种常用的 Bt毒蛋白提取剂的提取效率 ,得到了最佳提取剂及提取条件 ;测定了该条件下得到的提取液的杀虫活性 .结果表明 :各种提取条件对总蛋白及 Bt毒蛋白提取效率的影响规律大致相似 。

Extractive efficiency of several extractants of Bt toxic protein from Bt transgenic rice was studied by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the extractants and extracting conditions have similar efficiency for Bt toxic protein and the total proteins of the transgenic rice .The solutions of optimum extracting conditions keep highly insecticidal activity .
