摘要
运用D-近似最优设计法对影响聚砜酰胺超滤膜性能的四个主要参数(聚合物浓度、添加剂数量、沉淀浴的温度、挥发时间)进行定量设计和回归分析,在计算机辅助下,得出回归方程。由此方程可知,上述四个参数中前二者最为重要,后二者的影响很小。对回归方程也进行了统计检验,其相对误差在10%以内。
By the regression analysis for optimum design of four main factors, polymer concentration (Ⅰ), the amount of additive (Ⅱ), the temperature of precipitation bath (Ⅲ) and evaporation time (Ⅳ) which influence the properties of PSA ultrafiltration membrane, regression equations are obtained with the help of computer. The regression equations show that the influence of Ⅰ and Ⅱ are much greater than that of Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The statistical test of regression equation shows that the value of relative error is smaller than 10%.
