摘要
对 96个陆地棉材料 13个主要经济性状的遗传差异进行了多元分析。结果表明 :96个材料可分为遗传特点不同的 5个类型 ;材料 (类群 )间遗传距离大小与其具有显著差异性状数的多少及其差异大小有关。对品种 (系 )进行聚类分析及在此基础上进一步选择优异的材料并评价比较其性状的优劣是种质遗传差异研究的两个重要方面 ,主成分分析与多元方差分析相结合是遗传差异研究的有效方法。
Multivariate analysis were performed for 13 main economic characters of ninety-six upland cotton cultivars(strains) Results indicate that all the examined materials can be grouped into five clusters with different genetic characteristics Genetic distances are closely relative to the number of characters which are significantly different as well as their different degrees among cultivars (clusters) Both cluster analysis and further comparison of characters of selected superior genotypes are two important aspects for genetic divergence research To combine principal component analysis with multivariate analysis of variance is an effective method for this purpose
