摘要
为探讨生态雄性不育小麦的育性转换特性 ,在长沙自然气候条件下 ,通过分期播种对生态雄性不育小麦ES- 5 0育性转换特性进行了初步研究 .结果表明 ,ES- 5 0是一个有明显育性转换特性的生态雄性不育系 ,早播不育 ,晚播可育 ;育性转换的临界温度约为 13℃ ,育性转换的温度敏感期为抽穗前 2 1~ 13
The mechanism of fertility alteration of ecological male sterile ES 50 was studied by means of different sowing dates experiment under natural climate conditions in Changsha.The results are as follows:ES 50 has evident characteristic of fertility transformation,ie, sterility when ealier sowed and fertility while later sowed .The critical temperature of ES 50 is at about 13 ℃ and the thermo sensitive phase is 21~13 d before heading.
