Design and Development of Database and Search Engine System of a Research Area Oriented Biological Information

以国际互联网的文献资料为主要信息源 ,建立了一个易于维护和更新的大规模的专业化生物学文献数据库 .同时 ,以 Power Builder为开发工具、以 Sybase为数据库引擎 ,基于 Windows操作系统开发了相应的文献检索系统软件 .经 1年的使用 ,该数据库及检索系统运行稳定。

A specialized biological information database which is easily maintained and renovated is established by using Internet as the main information source to collect the latest information. Meanwhile, a search engine software based on Microsoft Windows environment for the database is developed by using Power Builder as the developing tool and Sybase as the database engine.
