鼓风机主轴端漏油检测及结构改进

Checking Oil Leakage from the Main Axle of Air Blower and the Renovation

为了解决鼓风机主轴端漏油问题 ,通过抽样对鼓风机的漏油部件进行了检测 ,分析了漏油原因 ,提出从结构设计上采用疏油机构 ,结果表明 ,鼓风机的漏油问题得到了较好解决 。

To solve the problem of oil leakage from the main axle of air blower,a sample of main axle from an oil leaking air blower was checked and the reason of oil leakage was analysed.The results show that the using of dredging oil structure solves the problem of oil leakage and the yield of product is raised.
