摘要
在西部大开发中 ,西部地区的地方政府起着举足轻重的作用。本文从地方政府的角度 ,阐述了开发西部的基本思路。
The local governments in western areas play an important part in western area development.From the angles of local government,this paper puts forword the basic thoughts of western area development.
