摘要
公差反映功能要求和制造要求 ,是产品实现批量生产和商品化的前提 .在介绍微构件制造特点及功能特征的基础上 ,描述了微尺寸和功能公差的基本概念 ,分析了微尺寸和制造误差的关系 ,提出了基于微构件功能要求的参数化评定和微构件公差的建立方法 .
With the advanced research and application of Microelectromechanical System(MEMS),it has been more and more important to evaluate the micro component error and its precision.The basic concept of micro?size and functional tolerance is defined,and the relationship of micro?machining error and micro?size is explored.The tolerance establishment methods of micro?compcnent are proposed as well.
