摘要
对含硅量为 2 0 %~ 2 5 %的高硅铝合金采取了磷、砷和碲复合变质处理进行了研究。在实验条件下 ,初晶硅明显细化为团块或团球状 ,σb 提高了 17%~ 44 % ,延伸率δ提高了 2 8%~ 5 3%。
The modification, with a compound modifier consisting of phosphor, arsenic and tellurium, for aluminum alloy containing 20~25% silicon is studied. The result shows that the primary silicon phase is found remarkably and becomes block or nodular shape. Accordingly, the tensile strength increases about 17~44% and the elongation increases about 28~53%.
