摘要
研究了JR-1乳胶体系的pH对其流变行为的影响。试验结果表明,温度对JR-1乳液的流变性无明显影响,而表观粘度却随温度的升高而降低。在不同的切变速率下,pH和表观粘度之间有着近似的规律,随着pH的增大,表观粘度在8左右呈现极大值,但随着切变速率的增加。峰高依次降低。
Effect of pH value on the rheorlogy of Jr=1 emulsion has been studied. It was shown that temperature has no distinct effect on the rheology of Jr-1 emulsion, but apparent viscosity decreases as temperature increases. At various shear rates, there seems has some relations between pH value and viscosity, apparent viscosity increases as pH value goes up and reaches maximum at pH 8, but the peak value lowers when shear rate increases.
