摘要
涂料是防止海生物污损和防腐蚀的重要手段。回顾了防污涂料的发展过程,指出SPC涂料由于有机锡含量在20％以上,已属限用和禁用之列。评价了防污涂料的开发途径和进展,即吸水性树脂涂料、生化涂料和低表面自由能涂料。在重防腐蚀方面,特别应指出的是无溶剂环氧、聚氨酯、不饱和聚酯三类涂料,以及常温固化氟涂料。
Some new non-toxic anti-fouling paints have been developed, e.g. moisture-adsorbed resin anti-fouling paint, biochemical anti-fouling paints that inhibit or interfere the metastasis of fouling organisms, and especially the lowsurface free energy anti-fouling paints (fluorocarbon resin paint and silicone rubber paints). The heavy-duty corrosion-inhibiting paints have been developed based mainly on solventless epoxy resins, two component ultra-thick polyurethane and airdry fluorocarbon resin. It has been shown that Lumifon fluorocarbon resin paint has excellent protection and decoration properties over 20 years.
